摘　　要：针对复杂产品协同开发过程中供应商数据管理困难、发生工程更改时供应商数据难以同步维护等问题,以主制造商创建的工程BOM为源头,提出了供应商BOM的构建方法;以供应商BOM为核心建立了供应商数据模型;并基于PLM软件进行了系统开发,实现了主制造商对供应商数据的一致性管理。目前,系统已应用于某型号民用飞机研制过程。It is important to maintain compliance and integrity of the supplier product data in the collaborative development of complex product.The supplier bill of material structure is built from the engineering bill of material,and supplier data model organized by the supplier bill of material is proposed.A system is developed based on a PLM software,and it has been applied of the development process of a new civil aircraft.
