摘　　要：日本是"长寿企业"大国,据统计,日本拥有历史逾百年以上的企业多达两万余家,位居全球之首。日本"长寿企业"何以传承百年而永葆常青,本文以家训家宪、社是社训为背景资料,通过从家训到社训的伦理自律、和合观与集团主义、忠顺观与归属意识、守成观与传承责任等4方面,分析日本企业的长寿秘诀,以期对现代企业的生存之道有所借鉴。With over twenty thousand longevity companies,Japan is the country which has the most number of the longevity companies in the world.This paper,which relies on the evaluation of family and social instruction,presents the reasons why Japan maintains this heritage.Based on ethical self-discipline from family instruction to social instruction,solidarity,loyalty and inheritance responsibility,this study brings out the drive factors of this heritage,in order to guide the development of modern companies.
