摘  要:高产花生品种鲁花 1 1号和辐 870 7叶片衰老的研究结果表明 ,花生叶片展开至衰老过程中 ,叶绿素含量、净光合速率 ( Pn)、可溶性蛋白质 ( Pr)含量先升高 ,至最大值后缓慢下降 ,到衰老后期转为快速下降 ,呈抛物线变化。可分为叶片缓衰期 (叶片展开后 2 5~ 3 0 d至 55~ 60 d,各指标从最大值至降到最大值的 50 %)和叶片速衰期 (叶片展开 55~ 60 d以后 ,各指标从最大值的 50 %至叶片脱落 )两个变化阶段。两品种相比 ,辐870 7叶片的缓衰期和速衰期均早于鲁花 1The leaves senescence of peanut were studied with two high yielding peanut cultivars (cv. Luhua No.11 and Fu 8707). The main results were as follows. During whole process of leaf growth and senescence, changes of photosynthesis rate (Pn)、 contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein (Pr) in leaves, may be simulated with a parabolic function, Y=A+Bx+Cx 2, where Y refers to the values of above parameters and x to the days after leaf unfolding, using this parabolic equation, the leaf senescence could be divided into phases of leaf slow senescence phase (from the maximum to 50% of the maximum declined in all parameters, the leaf was from 25~30 days to 55~60 days after unfolding) and leaf rapid senescence phase (from 50% of the maximum to leaf falling off, the leaf was from 55~60 days after unfolding to falling off). The leaf senescence phase of Fu 8707 was earlier than that of Luhua No.11.
