摘 要:当航班计划受到扰动时,航空公司不仅要制定飞机与机组路线恢复计划以保证航班执行,更要对旅客流进行恢复以尽量减少旅客延误或取消行程带来的经济损失。在飞机与机组路线恢复计划基础上建立旅客流恢复模型,通过以路径流量为变量的线性整数规划构造出受扰OD对集合,用深度优先算法构造出所有可行行程以单纯形法求解。实例结果表明,所建立的模型和算法能够快速恢复旅客流,并且能够大量减少损失。When the operation of flights is disrupted,itineraries of passengers have to be rescheduled through rebooking process.In this study,an optimization method is developed to recover passenger itinerary/flow based on newly developed aircraft route/schedule.The method includes the following three steps:(1) a set of disturbed OD pairs is constructed,and available itineraries for recovering passenger flow are generated by the depth-first searching algorithm through the flight network;(2) then a linear integer programming model is developed with an objective of minimizing passenger's cost due to delay and cancelation and computing an optimized passenger flow pattern based on the available recovery itineraries;and(3) lastly,the model is solved by simplex method.A case study is developed based on the data from a medium-sized airline in China.Empirical results demonstrate that the proposed optimization method can quickly and efficiently develop the plans to recover disrupted passenger flows and therefore help largely cut down the airline's cost due to delays and cancelations.
