摘　　要：分析和运用Reason模型,从系统安全角度对一起典型航空维修事故案例,按照事件链因果逻辑展开调查分析,构建出事故致因分析模型。This paper carried out the typical aviation maintenance accident investigation complying with the causal logic of event chain from the perspective of systemic safety concept based on the analysis and application of Reason model.Moreover,it established the accident cause analysis model.
