摘 要:目的分析鳞癌患者、非鳞癌患者和健康人血清中结合珠蛋白(Haptoglobin,Hp)含量的差异,探讨结合珠蛋白在鳞癌诊断中的应用价值,为筛选鳞癌血清分子学标志物提供依据。方法收集52例鳞癌患者、48例非鳞癌患者和30例健康人血清为样本,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELLSA)和蛋白免疫印迹检测血清中结合珠蛋白含量。通过SPSSV10.1软件分析血清结合珠蛋白含量的差异。结果鳞癌患者血清Hp平均含量为300.58ng/ml,明显高于非鳞癌患者血清Hp含量233.40ng/ml(t=6.25,P〈0.01)和健康人血清Hp含量182.41ng/ml(t=18.9,P(0.01)。鳞癌患者血清HP含量随疾病的发展呈现增高趋势,直线相关分析显示Hp与癌症分期呈正相关(r=0.49,P〈0.01)。但四种类型的鳞癌(肺鳞癌、鼻咽鳞癌、宫颈鳞癌、食管鳞癌)之间相比,血清Hp含量差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论血清结合珠蛋白检测对鳞癌的诊断及鉴别诊断具有一定的临床意义。Objective To study the serum haptoglobin content difference between squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) patients, SCC-free patients and healthy subjects, to approach the application value of haptoglobin in SSC diagnostic procedure,and to provide experimental evidence for finding serum biomarkers of SCC. Methods ELISA (enzyme linked immunosorbent as- say) and Western Blot were performed to detect the serum haptoglobin of the samples from 52 SCC patients,48 SCC-free pa- tients and 30 healthy subjects. SPSS V10. 1 was used to analysis the difference of haptoglobin content. Resuigs the haptoglobin content of SCC patients (mean:300. 58 ng/ml) was significantly higher than the content of SCC-free patients (mean: 233. 40 ng/ml, P〈0. 01) and healthy subjects (mean: 182.41 ng/ml, P〈0. 01). The haptoglobin levels strongly correlated with SCC staging. The Pearson correlation coef cient (r) for haptoglobin was 0. 49. But the haptoglobin levels had no difference in lung SCC,nasopharyngeal SCC,cervical SSC and oesophageal SCC (P〉0. 05). Conclusion The detection of haptoglobin has clinical significance on the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of SSC.
