摘  要:[目的]探讨护士情绪智力和职业倦怠的关系,为护理人力资源管理提供参考。[方法]采用便利整群抽样法抽取重庆市3所医院658名护士,采用情绪智力量表和职业倦怠量表进行调查。[结果]护士的情绪智力4个维度均与职业倦怠呈负相关,其中情绪控制对职业倦怠的预测力最强。[结论]提高护士情绪智力商数对降低护士职业倦怠和稳定护理队伍有重要作用。Objective:To probe into the relationship between the nurses' emotional intelligence and job burnout,so as to provide references for nursing human resource management.Methods:A total of 658 nurses in three hospitals were recruited and investigated with emotional intelligence scale and job burnout scale.Results:Four dimensionalities of emotional intelligence were negatively correlated with job burnout,the most predictive factor of job burnout was emotion control.Conclusion:Nurses' emotional intelligence has significant role in decreasing job burnout of nurses and stability of nursing team.
