脑血管病后遗症肢体功能障碍患者康复运动处方的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨和观察康复运动处方对脑血管病后遗症肢体功能障碍患者的康复效果。方法:根据患者的病情情况确定康复运动处方,观察锻炼前后体重、心率、血压、肺功能指数、肺部疾病频发时间的变化,观察时间为6周。结果:治疗后体重无明显变化,无统计学意义;心率、血压、肺部疾病频发时间均P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:康复运动训练对该人群提高生活质量、缩短频繁发病起着重要作用,可达到康复治疗的目的。Objective：To study and observe the rehabilitation exercise prescription on cerebral vascular disease sequelae limb dysfunction in patients with rehabilitation effect.Methods：according to the patient＇s condition to determine the rehabilitation exercise prescription,observation before and after exercise,heart rate,blood pressure,body weight index,pulmonary function pulmonary disease frequent time changes,was observed for 6 weeks.Results：after treatment,body weight did not change significantly,without statistical significance;heart rate,blood pressure,pulmonary disease frequent time P〈0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusions：rehabilitation exercise training on the population and improve the quality of life,shorten the frequent onset plays an important role,which can reach the purpose of rehabilitation treatment.
