摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的不断提高及当前多种不良生活习惯的干扰,酒精性脂肪肝发病率在逐年增长,已经成为危害人们健康的疾病之一。针对酒精性脂肪肝的治疗,目前尚无明确有效的化学药物,并且多有肝肾功能损伤等毒副作用,国内中医药学者对酒精性脂肪肝的防治机制作了大量的临床及实验研究,文章对相关文献进行复习,为临床防治酒精性脂肪肝提供一定的理论依据。With the continuous improvement of people＇s living standard and the interference of many bad habits,alcohol,fatty liver,the incidence increased year by year,has become one of the diseases that endanger people＇s health.Treatment for alcoholic fatty liver,there is no clear and effective chemical drugs,and many toxic side effects such as liver and kidney function damage,domestic scholars made a lot of clinical and experimental studies of alcoholic fatty liver disease prevention and control mechanism,the paperof the relevant literature was reviewed to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of alcoholic fatty liver.
