摘 要:采用一台内燃机和两台电动机组合的混联式混合电动车辆(HEV),具有可控制两混联混合系统功率流的优势。在该系统中,功率流的控制,不仅可调整机械能和电能的大小和方向,同时还可调整发动机的工作点。本研究引用一功率配置策略实现最小的功率流损耗和一个高效的发动机工作点。该策略采用控制图求出最有效的工作点降低计算载荷。此外,一种能量策略,采用建立功率配置的结果,决定蓄电池最佳充/放电功率。这种控制结构组合了功率配置策略和能量策略,确保HEV的有效驱动。进行了一系列的仿真和车辆试验,验证了策略的有效性,结果表明对燃油经济性改进的差异。The series-parallel hybrid electric vehicle(HEV), which employs a planetary gear set to combine one internal combustion engine and two electric motors, can take advantage of both series and parallel hy- brid systems by controlling power flows. In this system, the control of power flows means adjusting not on- ly the amount and direction of mechanical and electrical power but also the operating point of the engine. This study introduces a power distribution strategy to minemize the loss in power flow and to operate the engine at an efficient point. The strategy employs control maps to reduce the calculation load in deriving the most efficient operating point. Furthermore, an energy strategy to decide the optimal charging/discharging power of a battery is established using the results of the power distribution strategy. The control structure, in which the power distribution strategy and the energy strategy are merged, assures efficient driving of the HEV. A series of simulation and vehicle tests were performed to verify the effectiveness of the strategies and the results show a distinct improvement in fuel economy.
