摘  要:针对某厂振动筛激振器在工作时出现的问题,利用ANSYS软件建立了激振器有限元模型,获得其各阶固有频率与振型。通过与试验模态分析结果进行对比,验证了有限元模型的合理性。根据模态分析结果,提出了结构改进方案,并对改进后的结构进行了分析计算,其固有频率远离工作频率10%以上,符合工程设计的要求。According to the problem of exciter on vibrating screen as working,finite element model of the exciter is established by ANSYS,and its various order natural frequency and vibration mode are obtained.The rationality of finite element model of the exciter is verified through comparing with the results of the experimental modal analysis.Based on the results of modal analysis,the structural improvement scheme is proposed.Through the theoretical modal analysis of the improved structure,it is known that the various order natural frequency of excite is far away from the operating frequency above 10%,and it accords with the requirement of engineering design.
