摘　　要：针对目前储煤仓及运输输送带具有煤块破碎率较高、浪费大等特点,对块煤防破碎控制系统进行了设计和研究,达到降低储煤仓内及输送带运输过程中块煤的破碎率目的。控制系统以S7-200 PLC作为控制器,能实现翻板电机、装车电机和输送带电机的自动控制,并能在线显示煤仓中的料位。实验表明,该系统运行可靠稳定、操作方便。The lump coal crash prevention control system is studied and designed,which can prevent lump coal breaking in coal bunker or belt conveying.In system,the S7-200 PLC is used as a controller,which can not only realize automatic control of flap motor,loading motor and belt motor conveniently,but display position of lump coal in real time.The experiments show that system is reliable,stable and easy to operate.
