摘 要:建立某重型载货汽车后悬架12片等厚钢板弹簧自由状态模型,利用ANSYS软件的接触非线性功能,进行钢板弹簧的刚度特性分析,得到其载荷-变形曲线和应力分布;同时对钢板弹簧进行试验。结果表明,刚度的计算值和测试值基本吻合,应力的计算值和测试值误差较小,说明有限元分析能精确地模拟各簧片间的接触和摩擦问题,真实反映钢板弹簧的受力和变形情况。The free-state model for a 12-piece uniform-thickness leaf spring for the rear suspension of a heavy truck is built,based on which the stiffness characteristics of spring are analyzed by using the nonlinear contact function of ANSYS software,and the load-deformation curve and stress distribution of leaf spring are obtained.Meanwhile the test of leaf spring is also performed.The results show that the calculated values of stiffness basically agree well with tested one and as for stress the difference between calculated and tested value is relatively small,indicating that finite element analysis can accurately simulate the contact and friction between spring leaves and truly reflect the forces imposed and deformations of leaf spring.
