摘　　要：盘形悬式瓷绝缘子胶装后,铁帽和瓷件连接处留有多余的胶合剂需要清理,由于绝缘子自身的重量在10～20kg之间,人工取件并清洗难度较大,且影响工作效率及产品质量。基于以上要求,设计了胶装绝缘子的自动抓取清洗装置,配套瓷绝缘子自动胶装生产线,实现盘形悬式瓷绝缘子胶装精度、效率、可靠性及质量的全面提升。The excess cement left behind the junction between iron cap and porcelain needs to be cleaned after disc suspension porcelain insulator has been cemented. The efficiency and product quality will be impacted by manual gripping and cleaning insulator due to the weight of insulator between 10-20kg. Based the above requirements, the coordinated automatic gripping and cleaning device is designed, which can be installed in automatic cementing production lines for disc suspension insulators, to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, reliability and quality of cementing insulators.
