摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对青少年参加体育锻炼的影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明:教育保障因子、课堂教育因子、家庭教育因子、社区教育因子是影响青少年参加体育锻炼最主要的因子。以此为依据构建了以"健康第一"为指导思想,以学校体育为主体,以家庭为基础,以教师为主导,充分发挥社区功能,学校、家庭、社会共同参与的体质健康教育模式。The study of adolescents’participation in sports showed that educational influences,classroom teaching,family education and community education were the major factors playing a role in their participation in sports.The idea of＂Health First＂should be taken for involving the schools as the main body,the family as the basis,the teachers as the guide and the community as a major part so that the adolescents would be more willing to take sports.
