食管癌p53、PCNA表达与局部体液免疫的关系

摘　　要：目的 :对 80例食管浸润癌组织中的局部体液免疫即IgG、IgM、IgA产生细胞及p5 3蛋白、PCNA进行检测 ,以探索局部体液免疫对抑癌基因突变及细胞增殖活性的影响。方法 :采用直接免疫荧光染色法和S P免疫组化染色法。结果 :IgG产生细胞与 p5 3蛋白、PCNA的表达呈负相关 ;IgG阳性而p5 3、PCNA阴性的病例 ,淋巴结转移及浸润的程度显著降低。IgA、IgM与 p5 3突变及PCNA的表达无关。结论 :IgG似通过抑制p5Objective: To probe the relationship between the local humoral immunity and the expression of p53,PCNA in esophageal carcinoma.Methods:Directimmunofluorescence and S P immunohistochemical assaies were applied to detect IgG , IgM ,IgA ,producing cells p53 protein and PCNA in 80 cases of esophageal invasive carcinoma.Results:There was a negative correlation between IgG producing cells and p53 or PCNA experiession,respectively.The tumor with IgG producing cells but loss of p53 and PCNA expression appeared less lymph node metastasis and tumor invasion.Conclusion:It seems that IgG could retain tumor matastasis and invasion through suppressing the p53 gene mutation and cell proliferation.
