摘　　要：经过多年的发展,我国高等职业法学专业实践教学取得了一定的成效,但现有法学实践教学环节仍存在定位不准确、内容设置不合理、配套制度不完善等不足。对高职法学实践教学的完善应从实际情况出发,牢牢把握培养应用型人才的目标,规范传统的实践教学模式,探索新型的实践教学模式,并夯实教学管理活动的支撑作用。The practical teaching of high vocational law major in China attained certain achievements for years, but questions like unclear localization, unreasonable content setting, and imperfect system still exist. Its perfection should be based on present situation, understand talents cultivation target, standardize tratidional pratieal teaching pattern, explore new - style teaching pattern, and intensify the supporting function of teaching administration.
