老年脑梗塞患者恢复期血压的昼夜变化

摘　　要：目的：观察老年脑梗塞患者恢复期血压昼夜变化的方式及影响因素。方法：应用２４ 小时血压监测仪测定４５例老年半球梗塞患者昼夜血压变化，并与年龄、性别、血压情况相似的老年非脑梗塞者进行比较。结果：老年脑梗塞患者恢复期的平均收缩压、平均舒张压、昼夜平均收缩压、昼夜平均舒张压与对照组相比无显著差异，但昼夜平均收缩压相对差小于对照组（Ｐ＜ ０－０５）；原有高血压史的脑梗塞患者的昼夜平均收缩压相对差（ Ｐ＜０－０１） 、昼夜平均收缩压百分率（Ｐ＜０－０５），昼夜平均舒张压相对差（Ｐ＜０－０５） 显著低于对照组。结论：有高血压史的脑梗塞患者恢复期的血压昼夜变化仍有异常。Objective:To investigate the pattern and probable factors of diurnal blood pressure(BP) change with cerebral infarction of the aged patients in convalescence.Method: Forty five hemispheric infarction patients were performed 24hour BP monitoring (Spacelabs 90207) and compared with age、 sex、 BP matched control group of 45 subjects.Result:The systolic blood pressure(SBP)、diastolic blood pressure(DBP)、day SBP(DSBP)、night SBP(NSBP)、day DBP(DDBP)、night DBP(NDBP) had no significant difference between the patients and control subjects.Compared with control subjects, the hemispheric infarction had significantly reducing of diurnal SBP change( P <0 05).The patients with hypertension had significantly reducing of diurnal SBP change( P <0 01)、 diurnal SBP percentage( P <0 05)、diurnal DBP change( P <0 05).
