摘 要:目的 探讨血浆纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,FG) 与血浆粘度(plasma viscosity,PRV) 相关性及其临床意义。方法 测定观察组5430 例,正常对照组150 例,缺血性脑中风组(缺血组)170 例的血浆FG含量和PRV,进行相关分析与t 检验。结果 观察组PRV 与FG 含量的相关系数r= 0 .637 ,P< 0.001。血浆FG 含量:对照组2 .88 ±1 .08g/L,缺血组3.96±1 .76g/L;PRV∶对照组1 .69 ±0.12cp,缺血组1 .78 ±0 .22cp 。结论 PRV 随FG含量上升而升高,两者呈正相关;FG对PRV 影响的大小取决于FG的含量与活性;缺血组PRV 与FG 含量较对照组显著升高( P<0 .001) ,提示血浆FG 含量升高为缺血性脑中风的独立危险因素之一。Object To investigate the relationship between plasma fibrinogen (FG) concentration and plasma viscosity (PRV),and discuss its clinical meaning.Method FG and PRV in 5430 general subjects,150 adults in the control group and 170 patients in ischcmic cerebral stroke group (ischemic,group) were examined for statistical analysis.Result For correlation coefficient between general subjects plasma FG concentration and PRV ( r =0.637, P <0.001).FG concentration and PRV that had been examined are 2.88±1.08g/L,1.69±0.12cp in cortrol group and 3.96±1.76g/L,1.78± 0.22 cp in ischemic group respectively.Conclusion PRV ascends with the increase of FG concentration and there is positive relation between them,the effect of FG on PRV depends on both in the concentration and activation.Plasma FG conentration and PRV in ischemic group are higher than that in the cortrol group significantly ( P <0.001).Increased plasma FG concentration may be one of the independent risk factors for ischemic cerebral stroke.
