摘 要:目的:了解2011年我国彻底消除碘缺乏病的目标在兰州市的控制情况,评价防治控制效果,为今后制定相应的防治对策提供依据。方法:按照"全国碘缺乏病监测方案",采用概率抽样法对兰州市三县五区学生尿碘和盐碘进行检测。结果:检测学生尿碘196份,合格率90.3%,学生尿碘中位数为256.77μg/L。检测学生盐碘666份,合格率86.5%,学生盐碘中位数为26.9 mg/kg。结论:兰州市学生尿碘和盐碘水平已达到国家消除标准;建议兰州市继续深入开展碘缺乏防治工作。Objective:To analyze the situation of IDD control,evaluate the control efficiency,and provide a scientific basis for development of iodine deficiency disorders control measures in the future.Methods:The residential iodized salt and student′s urine iodine were tested by probability sampling according to the "National monitoring scheme for IDD".Results:In urine iodine detection of 196 samples,the pass rate was 90.3%,the median was 256.77 μg/L.In urine iodine detection of 666 samples,the pass rate was 86.5%,the median was 26.9 mg/kg.Conclusion:Levels of urine iodine and iodized salt in students in Lanzhou has reached the national standard.Prevention and control measures for IDD should be continued to carry out in the future.
