温州城区糖尿病患病率及KAP调查

摘　　要：目的:调查温州市城区居民的糖尿病患病率以及糖尿病相关知识、态度以及行为,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法:抽取温州市城区3个社区35周岁以上居民4 028名,进行糖尿病流行病学调查。结果:温州市城区居民糖尿病患病率为11.87%;男女糖尿病患病率为11.96%和11.79%,差异无统计学意义;糖尿病知晓率为56.90%,男女各为53.55%、59.55%。糖尿病危险因素Logistic回归分析发现高龄、超重肥胖、患有高血压为糖尿病的危险因素;对糖尿病的疾病性质认识及其危险因素知晓率低于50%。结论:糖尿病是温州市35岁以上居民常见的慢性病。应针对糖尿病的主要危险因素,采取综合干预措施。Objective To study the prevalence and the risk factors of diabetes mellitus（DM）in Wenzhou urban area.Methods With the cluster random sampling,4 028 residents over 35 years old of three urban communities in Wenzhou were selected to carry on investigation with questionnaire survey,physical examination and lab tests.Results The prevalence of the diabetes mellitus was 11.87%,the male＇s prevalence was 11.13%,and the female＇s was 11.79%.The rates of the diabetes mellitus awareness,treatment,control and cure control were 56.90%,14.85%,50.21%,and 38.17%,respectively.The main risk factors were age,overweight/obesity,and hypertension.Conclusion Diabetes is one common and frequently occurring disease in the community of Wenzhou.It is necessary to strength the prevention and control of diabetes mellitus.
