急性重度眼烧伤125例的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:研究急性重度眼烧伤的临床特点,治疗方法以及术后护理等相关内容。方法:选取我院收治的眼烧伤患者125例(143只眼)作为研究对象,将其病历进行回顾性的分析。研究不同原因、不同深度眼烧伤的眼表修复时间、修复率、致盲率及相关并发症。结果:治疗后经比较患者Ⅲ度眼烧伤的修复时间较Ⅳ度眼烧伤明显缩短,其修复效果强于Ⅳ度眼烧伤;结论:Ⅳ度眼烧伤患者伤后治疗效果不明显,致盲率高。objective：to study the acute severe eye burn clinical characteristics,treatment and postoperative nursing and other related content.Methods：125 patients in our hospital BingAnShi save（143 eyes） eye burn patient medical records were retrospectively analyzed.Research different reasons,different depth of eye burn eye table time to repair,repair rate,blind rate and related complications. Results：after treatment,by comparisonⅢdegrees eye burn patients with the restoration of the time isⅣdegrees eye burn significantly shortened,the effect is better thanⅣdegree repair eye burn;Conclusion：Ⅳdegrees eye burn patients after injury treatment effect is not apparent,blind rate is high.
