126例上颌前部埋伏多生牙患者的诊治体会

摘　　要：目的 探讨上颌前部埋伏多生牙的定位及拔除。方法 通过临床检查结合上颌前部解剖特点,X线片所见,定位多生牙,然后拔除。结果 126例患者141颗埋伏多生牙,根据临床检查X线片检查所见,定位,手术,诊断符合率达99%;术后切口均一期愈合。讨论 上颌前部埋伏多生牙的位置通过仔细的临床检查,结合X线片以及全景片即可判定其位置,指导临床医师确定手术入路及拔除。objective Discusses the maxillary anterior ambushed supernumerary teeth and pull out the orientation.Methods：Through the clinical examination of maxillary anatomical characteristics with front,X-ray see,positioning to have more teeth,and then pull out.Results：126 patients with 141 single ambushed of supernumerary teeth,according to the clinical examination X-ray examination then can see,positioning,surgery,diagnosis was 99%;Postoperative incision are a healing.Discuss：The maxillary anterior ambushed supernumerary teeth position through the careful clinical examination,combined with X-ray and panoramic tablet determine their position,guide clinicians sure surgical approach and pull out.
