摘　　要：运用宏观分析、显微组织检查、断口分析、化学成份与硬度测试等手段对汽车发动机缸套进行了失效分析,结果表明汽车发动机缸套存在的微裂纹导致早期疲劳断裂。By macroscopic and microstructure examination, fractography, chemical composition testing,hardness testing and so on, the failure of the truck engine cylinder liner was analyzed. The results show that the early fatigue fracture of the truck engine cylinder liner was caused by micro-cracks.
