摘　　要：目的：探讨如何管理才能更有效的提高精神病房的安全性.方法：将细化管理实施前后两年发生、防范的不安全事件进行统计分析,比较它们的发生率.结果：细化管理实施后,不仅不安全事件的发生率大幅度下降,而且,不安全事件防范发生的比率也大幅提高.结论：细化管理有效提高了精神病房的安全性.Objective：How discusses manages can more effectrve enhance the energetic hospital ward the security. Methods：Two years has the refinement management implementation around,the guard the security event does not do the statistical analysis,compared with theirs formation rate. Results：After finally refinement management implementation, not only not security event formation rate large scale drop, moreover, the security event does not guard against the ratio which occurs also largely to enhance. Conclusion：Refinement management enhanced the energetic hospital ward security effectively.
