摘  要:目的:探讨健康教育对慢性乙型肝炎患者α干扰素抗病毒治疗依从性的影响.方法:190例经肝穿刺活检证实的慢性乙型肝炎患者,给予干扰素α1b皮下注射,5MU·次-1,3次·w-1,疗程个体化,按随机数字表随机分为实验组与对照组,分别于入院时予常规宣教,对照组予常规护理,实验组予全程健康教育,两组均每月电话随访1次至疗程结束.结果:实验组遵嘱行为明显优于对照组,差异具有显著性统计学意义.结论:健康教育提高慢性乙型肝炎患者α干扰素抗病毒治疗依从性.Objective:To explore the influence of health education on compliance with interferon--a therapy in chronic hepatitis B. Methods: A total of 190 consecutive patients with chronic hepatitis B proven by liver biopsy were recruited in this study. All of them received therapy with 5 MU of Interferon--alb subcutaneously thrice weekly for a tailored and prolonged course,and were randomly divided into experimental and control groups by random number table. Both groups were given conventional education on admission. The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received holistic health education. All patients were followed--up by telepone 1 per month until the end of treatment. Result:The experimental group ordered behavior was significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant statistically significant. Conclusion: Effect of health education on patients with chronic hepatitis B interferon antiviral treatment compliance.
