摘　　要：目的：本研究通过调查青春期儿童肥胖的影响因素,为探讨青春期儿童肥胖发生的原因,降低青春期儿童肥胖发生率,预防成人肥胖提供可靠依据.方法：以＂中国学龄儿童、青少年超重、肥胖BMI筛查分类标准＂为肥胖判断标准筛选肥胖儿童,按同年龄、同性别、同学校、身高相近（X±S以内）的原则选取对照.调查结果用SPSS12.0进行分析.结果：结果单因素分析发现,有肥胖家族史（P＜0.001）出生体重（P=0.014）、一岁时体型（P=0.009）等在两组中的差异有统计学意义.结论：儿童肥胖的发生与遗传因素、饮食因素、早期因素及生活方式等有关.Objective：The surey on risk factors related to obesity in adolescents to provide reliable basis for identifying child obesity--related rea- sOns,decreasing adolescent children obesity occurring, preventing of adult obesity and obesity--related diseases. Methods： The china school--age child ,obese BMI sieves looks up the classified standard as the obese judgment . standard screening obese child according to same age. homogeneity don＇ t. with school, height dose（Xd： S） principle selection comparison,The inves tigation result 12, 0 carries on the analysis with SPSS. Result：Single factor analysis indicated that history of familial obesity （P〈0. 001） ,born avoirdupois（P=0. 014） ,bodily form of one--year old（P=0. 009）. Conclusion：Children obesity is closely related to heredity,diet.birth factors and life style.
