摘　　要：[目的]检测子宫内膜癌组织中uPA和VEGF的表达状况并探讨其临床意义。[方法]采用免疫组织化学SP法检测uPA与VEGF在60例子宫内膜癌与32例正常子宫内膜组织的表达情况,并分析二者的相关性。[结果]子宫内膜癌组织中uPA和VEGF表达定位于细胞浆,二者的阳性表达率分别为51.67%(31/60)和43.33%(26/60),均明显高于正常子宫内膜组织(P<0.05)。二者的表达与肿瘤肌层浸润程度、淋巴结转移、病理分期及临床分期相关(P<0.05);相关性分析显示uPA和VEGF表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。[结论]uPA和VEGF在子宫内膜癌组织中呈高表达,它们的表达可能与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展和转移相关。[Objective] To determine the significance of uPA and VEGF expressions of in the endometrial carcinoma.[Methods] The expressions of uPA and VEGF were detected in 60 endometrial carcinomas and 32 normal endometrial tissues by immunohistochemistry,and analyse the relationship of their expressions to clinical pathological agents.[Results] The expressions of uPA and VEGF were located in the cytoplasm.The positive expression rates of uPA and VEGF being 51.67%（31/60） and 43.33%（26/60）in endometrial carcinoma were higher than those in the normal endometria significantly（P0.05）.Both of their expressions were related to myometrial invasion,lymph node metastasis,pathological stage of the carcinomas and clinical staging（P0.05）.The expressions of uPA was positive correlated with that of VEGF（P0.05）.[Conclusion] uPA and VEGF expressed highly in the endometrial cancinoma and their expressions were related to the development and the metastasis of endometrial carcinoma.
