摘 要:目的分析药对防风-枳壳的挥发油组分。方法采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)分离检测药对防风-枳壳及其单味药的挥发油成分,并利用交互移动窗口因子法(AMWFA)对其共有组分进行比较分析,用质谱库结合保留指数进行定性,并采用总体积积分法定量。结果防风、枳壳和药对防风-枳壳的挥发油分别定性20,32和34个成分,占总含量的88.48%,94.94%和85.36%.药对防风-枳壳与防风、枳壳的共有组分分别为17和28个。结论药对挥发油的主要成分来自枳壳。Objective Comparison analysis of common volatile constituents in herbal pair(HP) Radix Saposhnikoviae(RS) – Fructus Aurantii(FA) and its single herb.Methods The volatile constituents in herbal pair(HP) and its single herbs was determined by the method of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) and the common volatile constituents were analyzed by the alternative moving window factor analysis(AMWFA).The qualitative and quantitative analysis were performed by mass spectrometry library combining retention indices and by adopting total volume in integral method,respectively.Results In total,20,32 and 34 volatile chemical components in volatile oil of RS,FA and its herbal pair RS-FA were separately determined qualitatively,accounting for 88.48%,94.94% and 85.36% of total contents of volatile oil in RS,FA and its herbal pair RS-FA,respectively.The results showed that there were 17 common volatile constituents between herbal pair and single herb RS,and 28 common volatile constituents between herbal pair and single herb FA.Conclusion The volatile chemical components in herbal pair RS-FA were mainly from single herb FA.
