摘　　要：探讨大肠癌组织中UNC5C基因表达情况与大肠癌的分化、转移及临床预后的关系。采用免疫组织化学方法分析UNC5C蛋白的表达水平,以Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析UNC5C与预后的关系。结果正常大肠组织中UNC5C的表达与大肠癌组织和腺瘤组织各组之间存在明显差异,并且大肠癌组织中UNC5C的表达与TNM分期有关。UNC5C阴性组与阳性组的生存率存在差异。因此得出结论,UNC5C蛋白表达可作为大肠癌病情发展及预后的标记物之一。To explore the expression of UNC5C in normal tissues adenomatous polyps tissues and colon cancer tissues, and the relationship between the expression level of UNCSC and the differentiation, metastasis and prognosis of colon cancer. The expression of UNCSC in colon cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemical method, and the correlation between the expression status of UNC5C and prognosis was estimated using a Kaplan--Meier analysis. Results show that the expression status of uncSc was associated with tumor stage （TNM）. The negative expression of UNCSC was associated with worse prognosis in patients with colon cancer. In conclusion, the expression of UNC5C is closely related to the pro- gression of colon cancer, and detecting UNC5C has clinical significance in evaluating the prognosis of colon cancer patients.
