摘　　要：探讨神经白塞病的命名、发病机制、临床表现、诊断、治疗及预后,提高对本病的认识。回顾性分析报告2例神经白塞病患者的临床表现、治疗和预后。神经白塞病在神经系统的表现多样,早期易误诊及漏诊,诊断主要依靠详细的病史询问,一般采用糖皮质激素治疗。To analyze the denomination, pathogensis, clinical manifestation, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of Neuro-- Behcet＇s disease（NBD）,and to improve our understanding of this syndrome. The data of the clinical manifestation, treatment and prognosis of the two patients with NBD were studied retrospectively. The manifestation of NBD in the nervous system are various,and it is easy to be misdiagnosed in the early days,diagnosis should mainly rely on a detailed history in quiry,The main therapy is eorticosteroids.
