旅游发展与少数民族职业女性的身份认同——以云南昆明、丽江高尔夫女球童为例

摘　　要：研究通过设计量表对75名云南昆明、丽江高尔夫女球童的身份认同与自我效能进行了测量,表明旅游业中民族职业女性具有高度积极的民族认同和职业认同,进一步的回归分析发现:民族文化和工作环境的支持有利于提升职业女性对民族身份的认同感,对民族身份高度认同和工作环境的支持进一步提升职业认同感,并为民族职业女性带来较高的自我效能感。This paper takes 75 female golf caddies of ethnic minorities in Kunming and Lijiang as an example and designs a scale to measure their identification and self-efficacy.It is found that working women of ethnic minorities in tourism industry have a high and positive sense of both their ethnic and occupational identity.A further regression analysis confirms that ethnic culture and working environment help to enhance their sense of ethnic identity;that high sense of ethnic identity and the support of working environment further enhance their sense of occupational identity,and therefore contribute to the increase of their self-efficacy.
