摘　　要：青年教师是高职院校科研队伍可持续发展的新生力量。但由于缺乏经验或准备不足,青年教师对科研活动常感到力不从心,科研经费分配、评价机制等外部环境的制约更使他们经常处于劣势地位。如何为青年教师提供及时而有效的指导,快速提高青年教师的科研能力,是我国高职院校面临的一个问题。Young teachers cann＇t achieve sustainable development in the scientific research team at higher vocational colleges,the main reason is the lackage of experience or enough preparation,the young teachers often feel powerless to scientific research activities.The distribution of research funding and evaluation mechanism and external environment restrict more often make them at a disadvantage.How to provide timely and appropriate guidance to young teachers,improve their scientific research ability,is a common problem for higher vocational colleges.
