浅谈我国高速铁路超长无缝线路应力放散

摘  要:我国的高速铁路及主要干线均大量采用全区间、跨区间超长无缝线路这种新型轨道结构。无缝线路在结构上改变了轨道的连接方式,减少列车在接头区的冲击与振动,给列车运营和行车安全也带来诸多好处。阐述了无缝线路的基本原理、温度力和锁定轨温的关系、应力放散的条件、应力放散组织实施、注意事项等。掌握锁定轨温,适时放散应力,对防止涨轨跑道、避免造成行车安全和人身安全事故的发生具有重要作用。China's high - speed railway and the main line are using a large number of the interval, cross interval jointless line this new type of track structure. Seamless line changes the track connection mode in structure; reduce the shock and vibration in the joint area of the train, which brings many benefits for train operation and the traffic safety. The paper Elaborates the principle of CWR, relationship between temperature stress and the locked rail tem- perature, stress release conditions, stress relief organization, attention matters etc,. Mastering of locked rail tem- perature, releasing stress timely, which has an important role to prevent the rise of track, avoid driving safety and personal safety accidents.
