摘　　要：贵州是我国一个少数民族聚集的省份,有着丰富的民族法文化研究资源。徐晓光教授多年来扎根于西南民族地区从事民族习惯法研究,取得了丰硕的成果,由中国政法大学出版社出版的《原生的法——黔东南苗族侗族地区的法人类学调查》是作者最新的研究成果,也是民族法学界的又一部力作。Guizhou is a province of ethnic minorities,in which exist rich ethnic culture research resources.Professor Xu Xiao-guang has been rooting in the ethnic areas in southwest of China to study ethnic customary law for many years and has achieved great results.＂Primary Law： An Anthropological Investigation of Law in Qiandongnan Miao Dong Area＂,which was published by China University of Political Science and Law Publishing House,is Xu＇s latest research results and a masterpiece in the field of national law as well.
