摘　　要：通过对河北省居民乳制品消费量、消费品种、消费群体和消费地域的现状分析,提出了对策和建议。期望能对河北省乳制品消费趋势以及奶牛养殖规划和乳品行业发展规划的制定起到一定的借鉴作用。The present situations of Hebei province dairy products consumption were analyzed form 4 aspects in this paper, which include the consumption amount, the product variety, the consumer group and consumption region. The authors put forward 5 key countermeasures and proposals which contribute to solving problems existed in the dairy products consumption. We hope it＇s of great benefit to the study of dairy products consumption trend, the planning of dairy cattle farming and dairy industry in Hebei province.
