国内外工程造价计价模式对比研究及对我国电力工程计价改革的启示

摘　　要：总结了以英国、美国、日本为代表的国外工程造价计价模式的特点及其先进经验,分析了我国现行工程造价计价模式的状况,并与国外计价模式进行深入对比研究。最后为我国工程造价计价模式的进一步优化提出了相关建议。This paper summarizes the characteristics and advanced experience of valuation mode of project cost in the UK,USA and Japan,analyzes the current situation of the valuation mode in China,and conducts in-depth comparative study with foreign valuation modes.Finally,some relevant suggestions are proposed for the further optimization of valuation mode of project cost in China.
