摘  要:高职院校毕业生面对新时期劳动就业市场存在着"短板",典型表现为社会能力缺失、职业意识不足、综合能力欠缺,综合体现出岗位不胜任。这主要源于分解式训练与书斋式教学。对此,按照能力合成与职岗化的思路开展综合实践,基于职场化环境、以企业行为规范的方式,对由职岗事务整合构建的任务项目进行多项能力合成的实践训练,以有效养成学生的社会能力、职业意识、综合能力,促进岗位胜任。There exists the phenomenon of "short board" for the graduates of higher vocational colleges in the labor employment market of new period, which is manifested in these aspects: lack of social ability, short of professional awareness, lack of comprehensive ability, and they comprehensively reflect post incompetency. This is mainly due to training decomposition and den-style teaching. Therefore, carrying out comprehensive practice according to the thought of ability synthesize and professional post, and carrying out comprehensive practice on the task programmers constructed by the integration of post affairs by the way of enterprise behavior norms based on professional environment, to foster students' social ability, professional awareness, comprehensive ability, and to improve the post competency.
