摘  要:本文尝试采用杏鲍菇菌丝处理光皮树提油后的饼粕,以期使光皮树饼粕微生物资源化。结果表明:以水酶法提取光皮树油的固体残渣为基料,适当添加部分配料,杏鲍菇的菌丝能正常生长,且菌丝洁白、浓密、粗壮,结块性强。菌丝满瓶后,粗放管理都可长出子实体。不同配方的光皮树饼粕培养料栽培杏鲍菇,生物转化率均在50%以上,单个子实体鲜重均在15 g以上。无论是从菌丝生长还是单个子实体均重和生物转化率角度评估,光皮树饼粕都是栽培杏鲍菇的良好基质。说明利用食用菌转化技术使光皮树饼粕资源化是一条可行的途径。In order to make use of Swida wilsoniana dregs,Pleurotus eryngii,a species of edible fungi,was used to process S.wilsoniana dregs after extracting biodiesel via water-enzyme method.The results showed that the mycelia of P.eryngii grew well on media mainly consist of S.wilsoniana dregs,from which the oil was extracted,and some other ingredients.And the mycelium was white,sturdy,dense,easy to agglomerate.The fruiting bodies were produced after the mycelia fulled of the culture bottles under extensive management.Among all the five formulas,the third and the fourth one performed better than the others as for the growth rate,yielding and biological transformation ratio.P.eryngii cultured with different medium formula gave biological transformation ratio of over 50%,and the average weight of individual fruiting body was over 15 g.So,the dregs of S.wilsoniana was a kind of good substrate for cultivation of P.eryngii according to the evaluation with index of mycelium growth,average weight of individuals or biological transformation ratio.It showed that it was a valid way to make use of the dregs of S.wilsoniana extracted biodiesel as a kind of resource of edible fungi.
