摘　　要：本文以导游履行其职务权过程中的3个案例分析为切入点,针对案例中导游职务权履行出现的责任问题及其原因,提出了解决问题的措施,为创建和谐的导游市场提供参考。This article takes three cases which the guide fulfills their duty power as the emphasis,analyzes the responsibility and its reason of cases,puts forward some measures and supplies reference on how to build harmonious market of guide.
