摘　　要：剃齿是齿轮精加工中重要工艺之一。针对剃齿加工引起的精度问题,引入六西格玛质量管理理念和方法,结合现场齿轮剃齿工序的数据,利用Minitab软件的强大统计数据分析与计算的功能,绘制控制图,分析剃齿加工的质量稳定性,提出质量改进措施,提高齿轮加工过程能力与改善剃齿加工中质量问题。Gear shaving is one of the most important technologies in the gear finishing process.Aiming at the precision problem,the six sigma quality management concepts and methods are introduced firstly,combining with the gear shaving process data and using Minitab software which has powerful statistical data analysis and calculation function,a control chart is drawn,the analysis of the quality stability in gear shaving processing is put forward.The quality improvement measures are improved for the gear processing capacity and the quality.
