摘 要:目的观察在门静脉阻断术(PvL)后荷瘤大鼠不同肝叶肿瘤的生长。方法将27只雄性大鼠平均分为3组。A组为无荷瘤大鼠,B、c组为荷瘤大鼠。A组(对照组)和C组(实验组)大鼠行PVL术,B组为假手术组。分别于术后不同时段,应用正电子发射计算机断层显像(PET—CT)测算不同肝叶上肿瘤生长的体积变化及肿瘤生长率。结果C组门静脉结扎肝叶上的肿瘤体积增生明显高于B组[(54.90±32.17)mm3比(28.41±11.04)mm3,P〈0.05],而无门静脉结扎肝叶上的肿瘤体积增生及肿瘤生长率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论PVL术可加速大鼠门静脉结扎肝叶上肿瘤的生长,但不会促使无门静脉结扎肝叶上肿瘤生长的加速。Objective To evaluate tumor growth in different lobes of the liver after portal vein ligation (PVL) in a rat model of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Twenty-seven male rats were equal- ly divided into 3 groups. Nine non HCC rats served as a control (group A). Hepatocellular carcinoma was induced in 18 rats (group B, C). PVL was performed in group A and group C. Sham operations were per- formed in group B. The hepatic lobe and tumor volume changes were tested with positron emission tomo- graphy (PET) scans in different time after PVL. Results The volume of tumors in the ligated lobes of group C were significantly larger than that of the group B after PVL, [ (54. 90±32. 17) mm3 vs (28.41±11.04) mm3, P 〈 0. 05 ]. However, there was no significant difference in the non-ligated lobes (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion PVL can progress tumor growth in the ligated lobe in the HCC animal model, but not in the non-ligated lobe.
