藏族青少年生长发育预测模型的建立

摘　　要：目的探讨藏族青少年生长发育特点及建立身高与相关因素模型,为预测藏族个体的生长发育状况和采取有效措施进行健康干预提供科学依据。方法分层整群抽取西藏拉萨和那曲2个地区5所中学和3所小学的942名藏族青少年,对体质发育指标进行测量,对体重、坐高、足高、手长与身高进行相关和回归分析,建立最优拟合优度的回归模型。结果藏族青少年不同性别、不同年龄组间体重、坐高、足高、手长、身高差异有统计学意义;不同性别、不同年龄组人群体重、坐高、手长分别与身高呈显著线性相关,部分年龄组足高与身高显著相关;不同性别、不同年龄建立的身高与坐高、足高、手长多元回归模型有显著意义。结论藏族青少年生长发育状况存在性别差异,用体重、坐高、足高、手长预测身高具有可行性。Objective To analyze the relationship between height and the other growth characteristics of young Tibetans, establish models between them, and to provide the scientific basis for health interventions. Methods Development projects on physical measurement were used a- mong 942 young people selected from Tibet through stratified cluster sampling method, and then, also the correlation analysis and regression analysis ; The best models were identified by goodness of fit. Results There were significant differences in weight, sitting height, foot high, hand length and height in young Tibetan teenagers among different sexual groups, and significant differences among different age groups ; There were significant positive correlations between height and the others among different sexual groups, and also significant differences among different age groups ; The multiple re- gression models were reasonable. Conclusion There are differences in the growth characteristics of young Tibetans between boys and girls. The models used to estimate height by weight, sitting height, foot height and hand length are feasible.
