摘　　要：超声光栅是一种特殊的光栅元件,它将声波对光波的作用联系了起来。超声光栅由超声信号发生器、频率计、调节器、换能器、液槽几部分组成,文章中介绍了超声光栅的原理与设计制作的方法。The ultrasonic grating is a special grating component which can produce the interaction of sonic and optical waves.It consists of a ultrasonic signal source,a frequency meter,a regulater,a transducer,and a liquid tank.This paper explains the operating principal and the fabrication method of the ultrasonic grating.
