摘　　要：在物理实验中,将半导体激光器作为光源的实验很多,但由于其光学性能取决于工作电流的大小与谐振腔的质量,所以了解其适用范围,对于指导教学活动是很有帮助的。A lot of reports have been seen in physical experiments that the semiconductor light source was used as light source.However,its optics feature was dependent on the working current and the resonant cavity＇s quality.It will help guiding the teaching activities to fully understand its application range.
