摘　　要：文章分析了新形势下后勤工作在学院中的重要作用,提出了在示范院校建设中,后勤工作如何发挥管理育人、服务育人的功能,打造一流的后勤,保持可持续发展。This paper studied the the important role of the logistics in the college and put forward the ways to develop the function of the logistics in managing and educating people in the demonstration institute construction and how to built first-class logistics and maintain sustainable development.
