不同剂量枯草芽孢杆菌对断奶仔猪生产性能及腹泻的影响

摘　　要：选择8kg断奶仔猪90头,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头,进行为期52d的饲养试验,研究基础日粮中分别添加枯草芽孢杆菌0.05%、0.1%对断奶仔猪生产性能的影响。试验结果表明,在日粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌0.05%,日增重比对照组提高23.8%(P<0.05),饲料转化率比对照组提高5.48%(P<0.05),腹泻率显著降低(P<0.05),与对照组相比,添加枯草芽孢杆菌,粪便中乳酸菌和双歧杆菌显著增加(P<0.05),大肠杆菌显著降低(P<0.05)。试验期添加枯草芽孢杆菌0.05%比对照组多收入49.57元.头-1。研究结果表明,在基础日粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌0.05%试验效果比添加枯草芽孢杆菌0.1%试验效果好。Ninty weaned piglets with initial weight at 8 kg were allotted randomly to three treatments with three replicates per treatment and ten pigs per replicates for a period of 52 days feeding test.The trial researched the effect of basal diet supplemented with 0.05%,0.1% of the Bacillus subtilis on growth performance in weaned piglets.The results showed that,compared with the control group,the dietary supplemented with 0.05% Bacillus subtilis,daily weight gain was significantly higher than that of control group（P0.05）,23.8% higher than that of control group;feed conversion rate improved 5.48% than the control group（P0.05）;diarrhea rate significantly decreased（P0.05）.Compared with the control group,the fecal lactobacilli and bifidobacteria of the group added with Bacillus subtilis obviously increased（P0.05）,Escherichia coli decreased significantly（P0.05）.Test group added with 0.05% Bacillus subtilis gained 49.57 yuan more than the control group per piglet during this period.Experiment result showed that the effect of dietary supplemented with 0.05% Bacillus subtilis was better than that of with 0.05% Bacillus subtilis.
