摘　　要：基于最大秩距离码Gabidulin提出了最大秩距离Reed Solomon码 ,并根据其校验矩阵的形式 ,猜测了生成矩阵的形式 .该文对其结论进行了分析 ,证明了这一结论是错误的 ,给出了一新的结论并给予了证明 。Based on maximum rank distance codes, maximum rank distance Reed Solomon codes are suggested by Gabidulin, and the form of their generator matrices are gussed in the light of the form of their parity check matrices. In this paper, Gabidulins conclusion is analyzed, which proves that his conclusion is erroneous. Furthermore, a new conclusion on maximum rank distance Reed Solomon codes is proposed and proved, with a contrary example to Gabidulins conclusion given.
