摘  要:目的 探索精神分裂症患者血清中的病理活性因子。方法 将精神分裂症患者 (10例 )血清与健康人淋巴细胞混合培养 ,观察淋巴细胞c fos基因蛋白的表达情况 ,用自动琼脂糖电泳分析仪检测血清蛋白 ;同时设立内科疾病组 (10例 )及健康人组 (2 4名 )对照做上述试验。结果 在 7 10的精神分裂症患者血清中检出c fos基因蛋白表达诱导因子 ,在内科疾病人组及健康人组中则未检出该因子。精神分裂症组与上述两个对照组之间差异均有非常显著性 (P <0 0 1)。血清蛋白电泳结果表明 :精神分裂症组血清蛋白具有明显的特征性改变 ,与对照组比较差异有非常显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 精神分裂症患者血清中有一种促c fos基因蛋白表达的因子 ,其生物活性可能与精神分裂症的病理机制密切相关。Objective The aim of the paper was to explore pathological factor in schizophrenia Methods The lymphocyte of health individual was cultured with serum of schizophrenia The expression of c fos gene protein was observed with immunohistochemistry The protein in serum was analyzed with agarose autoelectrophoresis instrument Control group, internal medicine diseases and health individual, was established Results A factor in serum, which induced superexpressing c fos in lymphocyte, was detected in 7/10 schizophrenia and not detected in control group There was a significant difference between two groups ( P <0 01) The electrophoresis result showed that characteristic change was obtained with multivariate analysis There was also a significant difference between groups( P <0 01) Conclusion There may be a factor that induced superexpressing c fos in schizophrenic serum and related with schizophrenic pathology
