摘　　要：建立了纸质食品包装材料中五氯酚的气相色谱/串联质谱分析方法,该方法线性范围为0.20～32.00ng/ml,线性相关系数为0.9996,定量下限为0.10μg/kg(S/N=10),加标平均回收率为93.13%～97.81%,相对标准偏差为5.64%～7.64%。采用该方法对62种市售纸质食品包装材料进行测定,结果在3个样品中检出低含量的五氯酚。An analytical method was established to determine the content of residual pentachlorophenol in paper packing materials for foodstuffs based on gas chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry. A good linear relationship was obtained in the range from 0.20 to 32.00ng/mL with a coefficient of 0.9996. The limit of quantification was 0.10μg/kg at the condition of S/ N=10. The spiked mean recovery varied from 93.13% to 97.81% and the relative standard deviation changed from 5.64% to 7.64%. This method was applied in the determination of residual pentachlorophenol for 62 kinds of paper packing materials for foodstuffs available commercially, in which pentachlorophenol of low content was detected in three samples.
